We offer an event consultation, planning and coordination service. We specialize in weddings, social and corporate events. We offer a tailor made service to fit your requirements. Every event is unique and we have the capacity to fulfill your requirements from start to finish. We are able to find venues, organize catering, décor, accommodation, staffing, equipment among others.
We work from start to finish on both commercial and personal events. These range from product launches, conferences and company award evenings to celebratory birthday, weddings and anniversary events. We’ve worked across all business sectors and are happy to provide references and testimonials.
Whilst this obviously depends on the size and nature of the event, we’d always advise you to start putting plans in place as early as possible.
At certain times of the year, certain venues may need to be booked well in advance, as well as reputable suppliers and vendors.
We advise handing over the reins to us as soon as you’re aware of an event to be planned. This gives us adequate time to factor in back up plans as well as leaving ample time to negotiate, plan and ensure everything’s in place for your big day.
We manage weddings, corporate and social events not limited to concerts, exhibitions, birthdays, conferences, vow renewals etc. Our event managers handle everything, including arrivals and departures, ticketing and registration, securing the venue, permits, police and fire safety, security, transportation, valets, destination management, and anything else you can think of.
We can certainly provide this service if it is something you are seeking.
This will allow you to concentrate of being fully present at your event and not worrying about the behind the scenes operations. This service is billed depending on your guest capacity and on your type of event.
Event design and event planning work hand in hand to deliver a successful event. Event design is about bringing your event to life with appropriate colours, themes, seating, etc, whereas event planning co-ordinates the logistic elements and budget management.

We are aware that sometimes things happen which are outside of your control.
In the event of needing a refund for a cancelled event, do discuss this with us as early as possible, before extra services and products may have been ordered.
We will discuss our policies with you before entering into contracts and then liaise with you in the unfortunate event of an event being canceled.
We believe it’s important that all parties are aware of their obligations and responsibilities. This goes a long way towards maintaining professionalism, enjoying healthy relationships with loyal vendors and suppliers and ensuring our customers are always delighted with our service to them.
We welcome your involvement in every step of the process when it comes to making your event come to life. If you want to oversee the logistics on the day of the event, we will still provide an event manager to assist you. However, we suggest that you take the opportunity to tend to your guests and let us worry about the logistics.
This really depends on the event type and level of involvement and realizing your expectations. In order to allow everyone to get just the service they need, we charge 20% of total budget for some and charge flat rates for others. Contact us to know which applies to your event.
PLEASE NOTE: Day of event coordination holds a N200,000 minimum fee.
Of course! We’d never dream of trying to plan your event without making sure we know just want you’re looking for and how to proceed. There is a $200 consultation fee that will be waived if you decided to move ahead with the event.
Along with our considerable experience with event organising and several other activities, we have developed strong relationships with a number of high-quality vendors in Nigeria. A big part of our work is reviewing each vendor and making sure they're the best in their sectors and have all of the necessary approvals. We really like to partner with suppliers that are enjoyable to work with, as we think it helps the whole planning process go more seamlessly.
This all depends on the type and size of event you are planning. If it’s a wedding, we would say to start the conversation when you’ve set your date (we recommend 8-12 months in advance where possible).
Other events can certainly take a shorter planning time. All in all, always start the planning early. It’s better to have some breathing room as the event approaches. That being said, we’re totally comfortable working in a last minute, high-stress environment, so if you find yourself needing to plan a last minute event, don’t hesitate to call. We’ll let you know if it’s not possible to do, but our attitude is “there is always a way”.

This is best answered when we have our first consultation. Once we know what you would like your event to be like, we can make a schedule. At the time of the consultation, we will come up with an estimate for total number of meetings and hours needed in order to help you stick to your budget.
