Cancellation Policy
Wedding Consultancy Package Policy – IContact Events Management 1. Introduction This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing IContact Events Management’s Wedding Consultancy Package. By purchasing this package, clients agree to the terms stated below. 2. Scope of Services This package provides advisory services only and does not include hands-on event execution or coordination. Services covered include: Wedding planning guidance Vendor recommendations Budget optimization Logistics consulting Strategic event planning Clients are responsible for executing and implementing the recommendations provided. 3. Payment Terms Full payment is required before consultancy services begin. Payments must be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other agreed methods as stated in the invoice. Fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced. 4. Service Duration & Consultation Sessions The package includes a fixed number of consultation sessions (2 sessions of 1 hour each) within a specific period (one month). Additional consultations beyond the agreed package will incur extra charges. Sessions may be conducted virtually or in-person, subject to availability. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a consultation session. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited. If IContact Events Management needs to reschedule, clients will be informed at the earliest convenience, and an alternative time will be provided. 6. Vendor Recommendations Vendor lists provided are based on industry expertise but do not constitute direct endorsements or guarantees of service quality. Clients are responsible for directly negotiating and contracting with vendors. 7. Confidentiality & Data Protection All client information, wedding details, and discussions will be treated as strictly confidential. IContact Events Management will not share client information with third parties without explicit consent. 8. Liability Disclaimer While we provide expert guidance, the final wedding execution depends on the client’s management and vendor performance. IContact Events Management is not liable for any vendor issues, logistical failures, or unforeseen challenges. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with venue regulations and any applicable legal requirements.
